Terms of Service

Interview Drills provides interview practice content, AI-assisted tools, and scored practice sessions intended to help you prepare for job interviews. The Service offers practice and feedback, not career, legal, or employment advice, and we make no promise that using the Service will result in an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome.

AI-generated output. Scores, suggestions, drafts, and other output produced by AI features are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, and you must not enter sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or government identifiers) into AI features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect a paid plan.

The free tools on the Site are provided for personal, non-commercial use and are subject to per-session and per-IP usage limits to prevent abuse. Attempting to circumvent these limits, automate access, or scrape the Service is prohibited.

Paid plans are purchased inside the App. Prices, billing intervals, and plan features are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise there, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and you authorize us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that contains malware;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service other than standard search engine indexing;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
• Attempt to manipulate AI features into producing harmful, deceptive, or off-purpose output; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain ownership of the text, recordings, and other material you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate the output you request. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data derived from usage of the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Service, including its guides, drills, question banks, scoring frameworks, software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Interview Drills or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal interview preparation. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written consent. Company names referenced in our guides are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, payment processing, and AI model providers) and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SCORE, FEEDBACK, OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVIEW DRILLS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interview Drills from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Interview Drills is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Interview Drills regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
